Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your delivery at any time.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at support@byglowly.com and we will investigate the issue with the carrier immediately.

Wrong Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
